Avoid Rush Fees: Get a U.S. Passport Today
Saturday December 2, 2006
As of January 23, 2007, everyone who travels by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document. Since it usually takes up to six weeks to get passports and other documents, you should start the process now to meet the deadline without paying expensive "rush fees." On January 1, 2008, this requirement will apply to travelers by land and sea, too.

please correct this: the US Virgin Islands is NOT included in this new regulation. This erroneous information is severely impacted our tourist bookings for 2007
