What a finish in the National League! The regular season didn't settle the Wild Card race, so Colorado and San Diego both ended the season looking for one more win. Philadelphia is in the playoffs after a great finish, and so are the Chicago Cubs and Arizona. In the American League, Boston held off the New York Yankees, who drew a Wild Card spot. Cleveland took the Central and the Los Angeles Angels won in the West. In the coming days, baseball fans will need information about all of these cities.
