Fuel rebates for budget travelers

It started a few years ago as a novelty offer: come to our inn and we'll help pay for gas. Now, such offers are almost expected among travelers who are looking at record-highs at the pump. Here is our annually updated list of some places that will offer fuel rebates...and maybe a starting point to do some negotiating with those that are not on the list!
