With gasoline prices approaching $4 USD in many places, poll results showed seven of every 10 travelers don't consider the high prices an influencer of their leisure plans.
How can this be possible? We live in a time when the travel industry is struggling and the economy has been dicey.
If all of that is true, it is also obvious that people are still traveling. In Europe and North America, it appears locals want to stay closer to home and avoid airports.
