As with airlines and cruises, hotel chains offer system-wide deals at times. For example, you can check current special Sheraton Hotel Offers and find winter deals at many properties.
Special offers at Marriott can be found the same way.
Do Internet searches specific to your destination in the same way. A Turks and Caicos Hotel, the Sibonne, offers rooms for $125/night until April 14. Note there is a three-night minimum and that children under 12 are not allowed during winter season.
