Budget Paris hotels are not always easy to find. In fact, the average four-star hotel here now approaches an average of $400/night. With that in mind, here is an attempt to show some three-star properties with good locations and at least some of the four-star amenities at less than half that huge price. Nightly rates here start at under $140 USD, and for that price you'll find the location attractive: 500 meters to the Eiffel Tower and less than 2 km. from the Louvre, the boutique line Champs Elysees and Trocadero Gardens. Est Hotel
If you want a one-night stay near Gare du Nord or Gare de L'Est railroad stations, this hotel offers three-star rooms that start under $120 USD/night. This is a smaller three-star hotel with 43 rooms and rates under $170/night. Hotel Derby Eiffel is within a short tree-lined walk of the Ecole Militaire Metro stop or the Parc de Champs de Mars.
