Apple Core Hotels is a group of five Manhattan properties that sees a market in grandparents who want to take their grandchildren on vacation. They've developed a $139 nightly room rate that also includes Continental breakfasts, four tickets to board the Circle Line-Statue of Liberty Ferry and admission to the Ellis Island Immigration Museum and the Statue of Liberty.
The offer is good from July 1-31, and children 13 and under stay in their grandparents' room free of charge.
